Why Certify With Us
The difference is what happens live.
Behind this certification is more than thirty years of working with thousands of individuals and organizations around the globe. The materials are proven, tested, and refined year over year to be best in industry.
But the real difference is it's live — virtual or in person. We do hands-on exercises in real time. Stacey reads the room — noticing each participant's behavioral style, adjusting, pairing people deliberately — to create an experience you can't get from a video and a quiz.

How The Certification Works
Four steps from enrolled to certified.
The live portion is four three-hour sessions — three teaching sessions with Stacey, then a fourth where you teach back.
01
Prework
Take the DISC assessment yourself, then work through 17 online modules with quizzes and a test you pass before the first live session.
02
Three Teaching Sessions
The first three of your four live three-hour sessions with Stacey, who models and demonstrates the full workshop with constant Q&A and application.
03
Fourth Session — Teach-Backs
In the fourth and final live session you present to your peers — as both facilitator and participant — and give each other feedback as you certify.
04
After You Certify
Downloadable materials, a year of access to the prework modules, lifetime access to the trainer resource library, and ongoing support — anytime.

Your Own DISC Assessment
You take it and experience the report firsthand before you ever facilitate it for someone else.
A Year of Module Access
Continued access to all 17 prework modules for a year after you certify.
Ongoing Team Support
We don't disappear after the class. Our team answers your questions anytime you need us.
Lifetime Access to the Trainer Resource Library
Certify once and the resource library is yours for good — facilitator guides, slide decks, recorded sessions, and every new material we add over time. You keep growing long after the class ends.
Certification not only gives them the credentials — it gives them the knowledge to change people's lives. To really make a difference. To help others communicate more effectively by understanding their own strengths, the things that limit them, and how to adapt their style to meet the needs of the people around them.

A Real Graduate
What people do with it.
One recent graduate — ex-military, certifying for his organization and volunteering in his community — took everything from the certification into both worlds.
What he says it gave him: the credentials, yes — but more than that, the ability to quickly read people's behavioral styles and flex his own very direct communication to truly connect. The main thing he learned, in his words, was how to listen.
The environment is engaging and personable — you learn as much from the other participants' organizations as you do from Stacey. In a recent Austin session, a participant brought flowers and a cake for another's birthday on day two. We sang, we celebrated. That's the kind of room it is.
— The certification experience
Who Should Attend
For anyone willing to put in the work.
The people who get the most out of it come in eager to learn, participate fully, and ask great questions — and usually already have an application in mind. They know what they're going to do with it, and that's exactly what makes it stick.
