How are combined assessments delivered?
Combined assessments are completed online, like individual assessments — they just take longer because they cover multiple dimensions. Combined assessments take longer than individual ones — typically 25 to 45 minutes depending on the report and the respondent's pace. Each person receives a comprehensive report that doesn't just stack the individual reports side by side but integrates the dimensions — showing where DISC and Driving Forces reinforce each other, where they create internal tension, and how emotional intelligence modifies the expression of both. Reports are delivered electronically within minutes of completion. For team rollouts, individual results can be aggregated into leadership-team or whole-team views that surface group-level patterns across DISC and Drivers.
