Privacy Policy
Leadership Resources and Consulting, LLC
Effective date: July 9, 2026
Leadership Resources and Consulting, LLC ("Leadership Resources," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use disc-report.com (the "Site") and our related services, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Leadership Resources and Consulting is a behavioral-assessment, training, and consulting firm based in Austin, Texas. We provide DISC, Emotional Quotient (EQ), and 12 Driving Forces assessments, certification training, and related consulting services to organizations and individuals.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form, request a quote, contact us, register for training, opt in to a free resource (such as our DISC e-book or EQ e-course), or create an account in our trainer portal, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any message or details you provide.
Trainer portal account information. If you have an account in our members' portal, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials (managed through our authentication provider), and we record which resources you download.
Assessment information. If you or your organization purchase or take an assessment, the assessment itself is administered and scored through our assessment provider, Target Training International (TTI Success Insights). Your responses and results are processed through that platform.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type and operating system, the pages you view, links you click, the referring page, and the dates and times of your visits.
We do not seek or want sensitive personal information (such as health data, government ID numbers, or financial account numbers), and we ask that you not submit it through the Site.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, assessments, training, and consulting;
- create and manage trainer-portal accounts and deliver portal resources;
- send you the resources, e-books, or e-courses you request;
- send marketing and educational emails you've opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- understand and improve how the Site is used;
- maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand usage. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and improve the Site; Google may set cookies and process technical data as described in Google's own privacy policy.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled. Where required by law, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) for the limited purposes those signals cover.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it. Our current providers include:
- ActiveCampaign — email marketing and contact management
- HubSpot — customer-relationship and sales management
- Google Analytics 4 — website analytics
- Supabase — trainer-portal authentication and database
- Netlify — website hosting and form processing
- Resend — transactional/system email delivery
- Target Training International (TTI Success Insights) — assessment administration and scoring
- To comply with the law — in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property and that of others.
- In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not currently process payments through this website; purchases are arranged directly (for example, by invoice or quote). If we add online payment in the future, it will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor and this policy will be updated.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to maintain your account, serve your organization, or meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Texas residents (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act). You have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of any "sale" of your data or targeted advertising. As noted above, we do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell or share your information as those terms are defined). You may exercise these rights without discrimination.
EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We process your data based on your consent, our legitimate business interests, or to perform a contract with you, depending on the situation.

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S. (including the EU/UK), you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. We do not direct our Site to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect, use, or sell the personal information of children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us through our contact form so we can remove it.
