Three live, three-hour sessions with Stacey, who models the full workshop with constant Q&A and application — with dedicated teach-back time built in, where you present to peers and exchange feedback as you certify.

When can I get certified? I'm worried about fitting it in.
We keep multiple dates on the calendar throughout the year, plus customized on-site or virtual sessions around your team's schedule. The prework is self-paced, so you complete the modules on your own time before the live sessions begin.
Do I need EQ experience before I start?
No. You complete the TTI Emotional Quotient assessment and ten guided modules before the first live session, so everyone arrives on common ground, ready to apply it.
Isn't EQ just soft skills?
It is a soft skill — and soft skills are the differentiator. Technical ability and IQ get you in the door; emotional intelligence is what separates the people who truly lead and connect from the ones who just manage tasks. It's the most teachable, highest-leverage advantage most teams aren't deliberately developing.
Can my whole team certify together?
Yes. We regularly certify multiple people from one organization and will customize dates to fit your team. Ask us about on-site certification at your location.
Is EQ certification a good fit after DISC?
Yes — it's a natural next step. DISC shows your people how they communicate; EQ gives them the tools to understand and manage the emotion underneath it. Together they give your trainers and leaders a fuller toolkit for developing people at every level.
